Becoming a verified Pachetto driver: the full process

What verification means on Pachetto, what documents you need, how long it takes, and what unlocks once you're verified. Step-by-step driver onboarding guide.

Verification is what separates Pachetto from informal Telegram groups and Facebook trip-sharing pages. When a customer sees the Verified badge on your profile, they know our team has checked your identity, your vehicle, and your driving credentials.

What we check

  1. Identity. Government-issued ID (passport or national ID card). We match the name and photo to the account.
  2. Vehicle ownership. Vehicle registration document showing you (or your company) as the owner, plus a clear photo of the vehicle with visible licence plate.
  3. Driving licence. A valid licence for the category of vehicle you'll drive.
  4. Phone number. A working number we can reach you on, verified via SMS code.

Optional but recommended

  • Company registration if you're operating as a business — unlocks the Company badge.
  • Additional vehicles — if you operate a small fleet, add each vehicle so customers see exactly what their parcel will travel in.

How long does it take?

  • Same-day if you submit complete documents during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 EET).
  • 1–3 business days otherwise.

You can use the app while pending: create draft trips, set up your default pricing, and configure collection options. You just can't accept bookings until the verification badge appears on your profile.

What unlocks when you're verified

  • Verified badge on your driver profile and on every trip card.
  • Accept bookings from customers.
  • Appear in search results — unverified drivers are filtered out by default.
  • Live GPS tracking is enabled automatically (you can disable it per-trip in settings if needed).
  • Higher trust → better conversion — verified drivers get roughly 3× more bookings than unverified ones at the same price.

Maintaining your verification

Verification doesn't expire automatically, but it can be revoked if:

  • A customer reports a serious issue (fraud, theft, dangerous driving) and our team confirms it.
  • Your driver rating drops below 3.5 stars over 10+ trips.
  • We can't reach you for 90 days.

In those cases we contact you first and walk through what needs to change. Most issues are fixable.
